Pests to Watch For When It Rains

Pests to Watch For When It Rains

Believe it or not, it will eventually rain this spring. It has to. When that happens, it’ll bring about several seasonal changes rapidly. The ground will soften. Grass will turn green and start growing again. Buds will appear on trees, and eventually turn into leaves. Plants and flowers will bloom, grow, and even blossom. You […]

Why Pests Love Basements

If you’ve read virtually any of our other pest prevention blogs, you’ll start noticing patterns. Foremost among these: we’re talking about basement pests constantly. It seems like no matter what kind of pest you end up with, it’s hanging out down in your basement. But why is that? What is it about basements that make […]

Testimonials

I’d like to compliment the heat treatment crew that treated my townhome. They did a great job exterminating the bed bugs and everyone kept me well informed. I have a number of other properties on contract that Jon McKusick (technician) services.  Am very pleased that Jon was quick to get the whole process started.

Want to pass on a compliment.  I know people are quick to call with complaints and not enough people call with good things. Your technician, Aaron Christopherson, is doing a fabulous job. He calls ahead and is there when he says he will be. He is a perfect example of what all service people should be like. You should be very proud to have him as a technician.
Maurice L.
While we were home in Chicago, Ray our Plunkett’s technician was out at our place in Cabo, WI and noticed our ceiling was dripping wet after a heavy rainstorm. He called to let me know, and then he took paper towels and wiped up the water from the floor, as well as hanging our wet rug to dry. This is emblematic to the way Ray approaches his job. He’s just a good guy! Ray is always enjoyable when he comes to do the service, and he adds value, making it worth the money we spend with Plunkett’s.

Our plant manager from our Montreal location was visiting our plant this week and was very impressed with your iPad documentation. He was impressed enough that if you offered service there he would break his contract and switch to you.

We still love Chad Dietz and his award winning A+ service. Thank You!
Tina & David B.
Our pest control technician is Brian Grim and he is a wonderful young man and a hard worker.
Carolyn C.
Please let (our technician) know he is doing a good job researching things for us. And he does a very good job dealing with our sensitive environment of guests and operations.
Casino Operations Manager
Cory (Plunkett’s tech) always goes the extra mile. Never complains and always has a great attitude! You better hang on to this one!

I called your office yesterday morning and spoke with Cathy. She was extremely nice and very helpful. I was so thankful that Cathy was able to schedule Stephen our tech to come out to my home to remove some catches. He was able to get to my house in 10 minutes!  I am blown away at his promptness. I am so scared of mice that I was sitting in my car while waiting for him to arrive.  He was very calm, explained what he was doing, and promised that I did not, in fact, need to move. I am very impre…

Bernie Nusbaum has been our technician for 10 years; he has always been wonderful. He is trustworthy and always comes as soon as we let him know we have a problem. Many times he has come the same day we have called with our problem. He always knows exactly what needs to be done and he solves all our pest problems.
