Certain builds of Netscape, Internet Explorer, and AOL do not properly display embedded PDF files within the browser. Instead they may display a blank screen, or an error message, or a blank screen with a small document icon in the corner.

Examples of these error messages include "File does not begin with '%PDF-'" and "Error reading xref entry."

We at Plunketts have had good luck with forcing a reload of the web page. This can be done by holding down the control key while clicking on the label link.
